Winnie L. Martin, 80, of Milford, NH, passed away Tuesday January 29, 2019 in The Elms Center of Milford. She was born in Wolfeboro, NH on June 24, 1938, a daughter of the late James and Florence Pennock. Prior to moving to Milford, Winnie lived in Derry since 1964, formerly living in Gilmanton, NH. She worked at CVS in Derry from 1990 until her retirement in 2006. She also worked for Klev Bro Shoe Co. in Derry for 10 years. Winnie was a communicant of St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
She is survived by her three daughters, Marina Hyman and husband William of Bedford, NH, Ann-Marie Martin and husband Robert of Pembroke, NH, and Angela Ingalls of Manchester, NH; four grandchildren, one great grandchild, her sister, Joy MacDonald of Naugatuck, CT, as well as two nieces. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Kenneth A. Martin in 2011, her parents, James and Florence, her step-mother Doris Pennock and two brothers, James and John Pennock.
There are no calling hours. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 1:00pm in Glenwood Cemetery, Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the NHSPCA, PO Box 196, Statham, NH 03885.
