Survived by wife Linda; sons David Jr. (Brenda), Steve (Anne), Bobby, Daniel (Kellie), Brian (Leah) and Patrick; brother Robert (Sally); sister Dawn; grandchildren and many family and friends. Dave will be greatly missed by all his family and friends, especially Booker T. Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
