Mary Jeanne (Serrecchia) Raimondi, 83, of Natick, passed peacefully on Tuesday January 22, 2019 at Metro West Medical Center Framingham surrounded by her loving family. She was the devoted wife, sharing 59 years of marriage with the late Carl F. Raimondi Sr, loving mother of the late Christine Raimondi Wentworth.
Mrs. Raimondi was born in Boston and was the daughter of the late Pasquale Serrecchia and Donata (Genova) Serrecchia. She was a wonderful grandmother and cherished her grandchildren. She was caring and nurturing to all through volunteering at the hospital and staying by her husband’s side throughout their involvement and membership with the local Natick Elks and Knights of Columbus. Cooking, baking and vacationing every year in Aruba with Carl were just a few of her favorite past times.
Mary Jeanne is survived by her son Carl (Chuck) Raimondi and his wife Margaret of Brockton, two daughters Suzanne Hart and her husband Thomas of Milford, Jennifer Raimondi and her fiancé Richard Muldoon of North Lauderdale, FL. Mary Jeanne had four grandchildren, Carl F. “Luke” Raimondi, Matthew Raimondi, Christopher Hart, Megan Hart and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her brother Anthony Serrecchia, and his wife Joyce of CA.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Saturday January 26, at 11:30 A.M. in the Chapel of John Everett and Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street, at Natick Common. Visiting hours will be held Saturday morning prior to service 10:00 A.M. -11:15 A.M. at the Funeral Home.
