Kathleen M. Malia (Reid)
1952-2019
Falmouth, ME – Kathleen M. Malia of Falmouth died peacefully on January 17, 2019 surrounded by love at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House.
Kathleen was born in Portland, ME On July 18th1952.
She was predeceased by her parents; Kenneth and Mary Hollywood Reid, her sister Patrice “TC” Dufour and her sister Teresa Parker.
She is survived by her loving children April (and Ron Hirschberg), Megan and (Jason Oliviero) and Kate Malia; Her grandchildren Benjamin Hirschberg,Eleanor Oliviero, Jacob Oliviero, Abigail Hirschberg and Samantha Oliviero; siblings, Rosemary Reid (Ron Walls), David and Sue Reid, John and Roberta Reid, Robert Dufour (TC’s husband) Daniel and Cindy Reid, and Mary Margaret Reid; her many nieces and nephews;her best friend Kathleen Condon and her longtime partner Billy Condon.
Burial will be private. A celebration of her life for family and her close friends will be held on January 26, 2019 at Bruno’s from 2-3:30 pm.
