WESTPORT… Geraldine M. (Drapeau) Dzialo, 65, of Westport formerly of Bellows Falls, VT, passed away, January 16, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving sister Jo-Ellen, her niece Jessica and family.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Gerard E. and Ellen (Pinkos) Drapeau and had lived in Vermont for the last 43 years.
Ms. Dzialo was a scrub nurse at Mt. Ascutney Hospital, Windsor, VT as well as Springfield Hospital, Springfield, VT.
She had done a lot of volunteer work in Vermont.
Survivors include 2 sisters: Frances Eldridge of Dennis Port, MA and Jo-Ellen Sevigny of Westport, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved friend Diane Bumford.
Services to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Sunday at 5:00 P.M. from the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the family.
