SCARBOROUGH - It is with great sadness that the family of Michele Anna (THYS) Bills, formerly of Lynn, Massachusetts, announces her passing after a brief illness, on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at the age of 55.
Michele was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on May 29, 1963, a daughter of the late Robert and Anna Marie (Di Primio) Thys.
Michele spent many years working both as a caretaker and later a director in the fields of respite care and adult services. She took great pride in her career and her ability to directly enable those with disabilities and limited mobility to lead productive and enriching lives.
Michele is predeceased by her husband, Albert Bills, who passed away in 2013. She is survived by her children - Christie Santos and her husband Keith, of Derry, NH, Michael Bills of Lynn, MA, Daniel Bills of Scarborough, and Steven Bills and his wife Aimee, of Manchester, NH; her brother Robert Thys of Burlington, MA; her sisters Germaine Thompson of CA, Janet Walsh of MA, and Robin Ann of FL; and her dear granddaughter Cadence.
