Vincenza "Jennie" (Ciulla) Szecskas of Medford died on Tuesday, January 15. Born and raised in Boston's North End, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Marie (Graffeo) Ciulla. Jennie moved to Medford in 1946 and worked for many years as a hair stylist.
Jennie was the beloved mother of Stephen Szecskas and his wife Kathy of Abington. She was the loving grandmother of Stephen Szecskas and his wife Mary of Braintree, and Daniel Szecskas of Abington, and the loving great grandmother of Jake, Jenna and Haley Szecskas. Jennie was the dear sister of the late Michael, Paul, Salvatore, Mary, Lillian, Frances and Elizabeth.
A funeral service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Saturday, January 19 at 11:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with family from 10 through 11:30 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
