Obituary

FAGAN, Charles B., Senior of Walpole, formerly of Wellesley and Natick, age 94, died peacefully on January 14, 2019 surrounded by loving family. Beloved husband of Ann (Collins) for 63 years; devoted father and father-in-law of Charles B. Fagan, Jr. and his wife Aimee (Mulvey) Fagan of Millis; Elizabeth A. Fagan and her husband Walter H. Soper of South Natick; Sheila M. Plecha and her husband John D. Plecha of Michigan; and Sean R. Fagan and his wife Emily (Roche) Fagan of Sudbury.

Loving grandfather of Siobhan K., Colleen A., Charles B., III (Brian), Bridget M. and Maura T. Fagan of Millis; Erin E. Plecha of Chicago and M. Ryan Plecha of Revere; and Mary Ellen (Nellie) and Seamus C. Fagan of Sudbury.

Son of the late Pauline (Richardson) and Arthur M. Fagan, M.D. Predeceased by his brothers Arthur M. Fagan, Jr., Joseph A. Fagan, James D. Fagan and sister Pauline C. Fagan.
A veteran of World War II, Mr. Fagan served in the U. S. Army from June 1943 to January 1946. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart for wounds received in Anzio, Italy. Member of the class of 1952, Babson Institute.

Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 39 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 on Friday, January 18, 2019, at 11:00 a.m.
Visiting hours at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, at Natick Common, 4 Park Street, Natick, MA 01760. Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellesley, immediately following the church service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church or Old Colony Hospice & Palliative Care, 321 Manley Street, West Bridgewater, MA 02379.
