Passed away on Jan. 13, 2019. Preceded in death by siblings, Karl Plan, Arnold Plan, and Doris Melius. Survived by loving wife of 70 years, Donna; children, David (Linda) Plan and Robin Plan; granddaughter, Sara Plan; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Marvin was a member of the South Saint Paul American Legion Post #481 for 75 years. Memorial Service Monday (1/28) 12:00 PM at ST. ANDREW’S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 900 Stillwater Rd., Mahtomedi, with visitation one hour prior to Service at church. Interment Tuesday (1/29) at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to family.
