Mrs. Esther M. (Samsel) Laquidara, 86, of Dracut, passed away on Saturday, January 5th 2019 at her home. The daughter of the late Harvey and Esther (Pitcher) Samsel she born in Boston on September 6th, 1932. She retired from Analog Devices where she worked as a tester. Mrs. Laquidara was a great seamstress, she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, as well as making crafts and baking, but most of all she enjoyed being surrounded by family. The widow of Santo Laquidara, she was also pre-deceased by her first husband Thomas Peddle and daughter Linda Clifford. Mrs. Laquidara is survived by one daughter; Lori and her husband Kevin Smith of Atkinson, NH, three sons; Darren Laquidara of Dracut, Richard Laquidara and his wife Crystal of Dracut and Paul Auger of Sarasota, FL, one son-in-law; James Clifford of Everett. There are 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, January 10th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Edgar J. Racicot Inc. Funeral Home. 1400 Broadway Rd., Dracut.
