MELBOURNE, FL - Maureen (Jarnagin) Dykeman, age 53, died Wednesday morning, Dec. 21,
at her home in Melbourne, after a lengthy illness.
She was raised in Tewksbury, a daughter of the late David and Eileen (Long) Jarnagin, and
graduated Tewksbury Memorial High School with the Class of 1970. She moved from
Tewksbury to Melbourne 14 years ago.
She is survived by a son, Mark Dykeman of Tewksbury; two grandchildren, Jack and Ashlie
Dykeman of Tewksbury; her fiancé, David Dowling of Melbourne, FL; a sister and brother-in-
law, Kathleen Sullivan and her husband Kevin of Tewksbury; two brothers and a sister-in-law,
Kevin Jarnagin and his wife Leslie of Tewksbury, William Jarnagin of Haverhill; and several
nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass was celebrated Monday, Dec. 26, in St. William’s Church,
Tewksbury. At her request,
all other services were private. Memorials to the
Hospice of Health First, 1900 Dairy Rd., Melbourne, FL 32904 will be appreciated.
