Bernadette F. “Bernie” (Provencal) Koczwara, 54, of Bourne, MA passed away at home on December 7, 2018.
Mrs. Koczwara was born in New Bedford, daughter of Annette (Arguin) Provencal and the late Joseph H. Provencal, and resided in Sagamore Beach for the past 30 years. She was a communicant of Corpus Christi Church, East Sandwich. She worked as a chemistry teacher at the Bourne High School.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son: Jacob Koczwara; her niece: Jillian Ann Robbins; and her stepfather: Armand Augustine. She was sister of the late Ann Elizabeth Robbins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church, Tarkiln Hill Road, New Bedford on January 9, 2019 at 11:00 A.M.
Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery II, New Bedford.
