Kyler Wade Brown, infant son of Kathlyn Brown of Ocilla and Brandon Sapp of Blackshear, died Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Children’s Hospital of Georgia in Augusta.
A visitation will be held 6-8 Sunday evening, December 30, 2018, at Paulk Funeral Home in Fitzgerald.
Kyler was born September 21, 2018 in Augusta, Georgia. He loved his Mama and throughout his short life, he found comfort when he was in her arms. Kyler endured many medical procedures and struggles but would stabilize when his Mama held him. He brought laughter and sunshine to so many people in such a short time. He was loving referred to as Angel Bug by his Nana and other family members.
He is survived by his mother, Kathlyn Brown of Ocilla; father, Brandon Sapp of Blackshear; half-sister, Laynie Sapp of Waycross; grandparents: Misty Hopson & Chuck McCook of Ocilla, Scott Brown & Amanda Garcia of Fitzgerald, and Stacey & Jesse Jones of Blackshear; great-grandparents: Tilda & Ronnie Butts of Ocilla, Linda & J.L. Spivey of Blackshear, and Bill & Janie Ethridge of Ocilla; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Mary & Glenn Purvis and Vernon & Elizabeth Hutto.
