Obituary


Paul G. Beaudet, 91, formerly of Manchester, NH died December 22, 2018 at his home in St Petersburg, FL beside his family and beloved wife, Yvette.

He was born in Manchester, NH on April 6, 1927. He was the son of George and Gertrude (Olivier) Beaudet. Paul graduated from Central High School in Manchester, NH. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard aboard the U.S.S. Admiral C. F. Hughes during WWII. He worked as an accountant and retired after 40 years from Public Service Company of NH. After retirement he wintered in Florida where he enjoyed all his condo friends and activities.

Paul is survived by his wife of 70 years, Yvette (Trahan). Family members include his daughter Muriel and husband Peter Bryant of Largo, FL; son Ronald and wife Suzanne of Cheshire, CT; daughter Joanne Beaudet of St. Petersburg, FL; son Norman and wife Linda of Bedford, NH; and daughter Darlene Burditt of Manchester, NH. He also leaves 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; his sister, Claire Babineau of Texas and was predeceased by two sisters Jeanine Wentworth and Simone Mayo; family also includes several nieces and nephews.

Paul enjoyed traveling, playing piano and spending time at “Kiaki” with his family. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was a loving and inspirational husband, father and grandfather.

A memorial reception will take place on Friday, January 25, 2019 from 5 to 7 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 10 am in Parish of the Transfiguration, Kelley St.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the National Kidney Foundation can be made in Paul's memory.
