WILMINGTON - Ann (Cerullo) Clague, age 99, a member of St. Thomas of Villanova Parish in
Wilmington, died Sunday evening, Dec. 18, at the Radius Heath Care Center in Danvers. She
was the wife for 65 years of the late Daniel C. Clague Jr., who died in 1999.
Mrs. Clague was born in New York City on June 1, 1906, a daughter of the late Sabato and
Melanie (Ventre) Cerullo. She lived the greater part of her life in Orient Heights, Boston, before
moving to Wilmington in 1973.
In her earlier years, she was employed by the Suffolk Mills in Boston.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Daniel S. Clague and his wife Irene (Domenico) of
Brockton, a daughter and son-in-law, Anne T. Antonioli and her husband Peter of Peabody; four
grandchildren, Susan Antonioli, Lynda Sarasin, Irene Noble, Daniel Clague; five great
grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, Dec. 22, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 126 Middlesex
Ave., Wilmington. Visiting hours Wednesday 4 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment in
Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington. Memorial contributions to the charity of donor’s choice will
be appreciated will be appreciated.
