Mr. Richard J. Marchand, 75, of Methuen, passed away on Tuesday, December 11th 2018 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill. The son of the late Ovila and Yvonne (Boutin) Marchand he was born in Lawrence and was an area resident all his life. Mr. Marchand specialized in demolition and worked at many area construction sites, and he loved to spend time with his family. Along with his parents Mr. Marchand was also pre-deceased by his brother, Robert Marchand and his sister, Patricia Carney. He is survived by his loving wife Eileen (Norris) Marchand of Methuen, one daughter; Wendy Marchand and her wife Maryalice Lyster of Derry, NH, one brother; Ronald Marchand and his wife Colleen of Danville, NH, and many nieces and nephews. The family of Mr. Marchand would like to thank all the staff at Merrimack Valley Hospice for their care and compassion during this time.
