Obituary

Mrs. Carol Ann (St. Amand) Curtin, a lifelong resident of Lawrence and beloved wife of John H. Curtin, passed away at the Lawrence General Hospital on Sunday, December 9, 2018. She was 75 years old.

Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on December 28, 1942, she was the beloved daughter of the late Emile and Gertrude B. (Legendre) St. Amand. Mrs. Curtin was a graduate of Lawrence High School and with a passion for family had been a Homemaker throughout her life. In her spare time, Carol enjoyed spending time with her family, engaging in arts & crafts and playing bingo. She had been a scout mother for many years as well. Above all, she was a very devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed.

Besides her beloved husband, John, she is survived by her loving children; John Greer of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Kevin J. Greer of Lowell, Thomas J. and his wife Connie J. Curtin of Townsend and Jennifer A. Curtin of Methuen, sisters; Rose Robinette, Joan O'Neil and Pamela Hibbert, Brothers Kenneth and Gerard St. Amand, sixteen grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Michael, Darryl and Karen Greer.

Her funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Augustine Church, 43 Essex Street, Andover on Friday, December 14, 2018, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Calling hours will be held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover on Thursday, December 13, 2018, from 4 to 8 PM.
