Mattapoisett – Edward Slade, 75, of Mattapoisett, died Thursday, December 15, 2005, unexpectedly at home.
Mr. Slade was born in New Bedford, son of the late Stanley and Karolina (Szostak) Sladewski, and had resided in Mattapoisett for the last 30 years. Prior to his retirement he was a draftsman at Sippican in Marion.
He is survived by: 2 sons: Steven Slade and David Slade and a sister: Irene Sherman of Westport.
He was the brother of the late Walter Slade and Eugene Sladewski.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
