TEWKSBURY: Marguerite A. “Peg” (Russell) Creamer, age 86, a resident of Tewksbury for over 60 years, passed away at the Life Care Center of the Merrimack Valley in Billerica on Sunday, December 2, 2018.
She was the beloved wife of Bernard “Bud” Creamer who passed away on July 31, 2015.
Born in Lynn on June 19, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Frank S. Russell and the late Ethel M. (Smith) Russell.
“Peg” was raised in Lynn and graduated from Lynn Classical High School in 1950.
Following graduation, she attended Salem State Teacher’s College, and later worked at General Electric in Lynn as a secretary.
In 1956, she and her late husband moved to Tewksbury, where they raised their two daughters.
During the 1970’s she worked part-time at the former Patten Greenhouse Company in Tewksbury.
“Peg” was a voracious reader and loved a good book. In addition, she was a talented pianist, and also enjoyed craft projects and knitting.
She is survived by two daughters, Caryn D. Pasquariello and her husband Sam of Tewksbury, and Cheryl A. Hamel of Santa Cruz, CA; five grandchildren, Max, Gita, and Eli Hamel, John Pasquariello and his wife Kelly, and Jason Pasquariello and his wife Courtney; five great grandchildren, Johnny, Emily, Ryan, and Hunter Pasquariello, and Ben Shepard. She is also survived by her Godchild, Amanda Creamer Carroll and her Brother-In-Law and Sister-In-Law, Ed and Sandy Creamer.
Relatives and friends will be received from 10:00-11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 11, at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury, immediately followed by her memorial service to be held at the funeral home. Interment will be at Tewksbury Cemetery. Please Omit Flowers.
