FALL RIVER… Veronica A. Pereira, 70, passed away December 1, 2018 at Rhode Island Hospital.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Frank V. and Marie (Albuquerque) Pereira and had lived in Fall River most of her life.
She was employed as a Cardio Technician at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Veronica enjoyed hiking with her son in Colorado, being around friends and family, and really enjoyed Facetiming with her grandchildren.
survivors include a son Christopher Gemmell of Vail Co., 2 daughters Tracy A. Santiago and her companion Michael Cournoyer of New Britain, CT, Mackenzie Zadroga and her husband Michaelof Land O Lakes FL, 4 sisters: her twin Vivian Pereira of Daytona Beach Shore, FL, Charlotte Garrison of Cresent City, FL. Nancy Tomao and her husband Tony of Bedford, MA, Rose Wood and her husband Gary of Fredricksburg, VA, 4 grandchildren: Luis, Fiona, Ewan, Urijah, several nieces and nephews including Chelsea Frank. She was sister of the late Frank W. Pereira.
Services to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Tuesday December 4, 2018 at 8 P.M. at SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River. Memorial calling hours will be held Tuesday December 4, 2018 from 6 - 8 P.M.
