Carolyn A. (Costa) Nunes, age 77, of Somerset, passed away on Monday November 26, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Cazimiro and Alice (Soares) Costa, and wife of the late Ernest E. Nunes. Carolyn retired from Country Gardens Nursing Home and devoted her time to her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children: Ernest Jr., Alicia, Frank, Dawn and Joseph Nunes (wife Sarah), grandchildren: Madison & Reiley Lown, Olivia Hardin, Ethan & Mira Nunes, siblings: John, & Raymond Costa, Irene Ferreira, Alice Oliver, Constance Jack, Marylou Oliveira, Lillian Crosby, Priscilla &Donna Lacerda and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Cazimiro, Luis, & Louise Costa.
Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River.
