In Taunton, November 24, 2018 Maryann (Hood) Haskins wife of the late George Haskins died at Wedgemere Health Care in Taunton at the age of 83. Born in Taunton, Maryann was the daughter of the late Sumner and Susan (Farrara) Hood. She was a graduate of Taunton High School class of 1953 and a retired Matron for the Bridgewater Raynham High School. Maryann enjoyed bowling and the Raynham senior Center. She was the mother of Richard Haskins and his wife Cheryl of Raynham and Charles Haskins and his wife Laura of Raynham. Grandmother of Allison Donavan and her husband Matthew of Raynham, Kylegh Haskins Shaw and her husband Michael of Taunton, Jackie Farias and her husband Jason of Taunton, Kim Haskins of Taunton and Emma Drury of Raynham. Great Grandmother of Mattesyn, Morghyn, Mikalyn, Charlotte, Connor and one great granddaughter coming in December. Sister of Jean Ferrara of CA, Jo Ann Pimental of FL and Sumner “Butch” Hood of Gardner. Aunt of several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral home 70 Washington Street in Taunton Wednesday, November 28th from 10- 11 am followed by a service at 11 am. Interment Pleasant Street Cemetery in Raynham.
