Margaret “Peg” (Adams) Denault, age 80, passed away on Nov. 22, 2018 at home. She was born on June 4, 1938 in Derby, CT. Margaret was a daughter of the late Donald and Harriet (Wilkinson) Adams. She worked as a registered nurse for many years before she retired. After retirement, Margaret spent many years as a volunteer for the Red Cross and for the Alzheimer's programs at local Senior Centers. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society. She is predeceased by her husband Valmore Denault who passed away in 2008. She is survived by her 2 sons, Stan Kumor and his wife Jackie of Sturbridge and Barry Kumor and his wife Tracy of Springfield; 1 daughter Aurora Adams of Fort Lauderdale, FL; 3 brothers, Donald F. Adams Jr of MD, George Adams of MD and David Adams of St Petersburg, FL; her first husband Stanley J. Kumor of Chicopee along 5 beloved grandchildren. She is also predeceased by her brother Edgar Adams. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Holy Name of Jesus Parish in Assumption Church followed by burial in St Rose de Lima Cemetery.
