DIGHTON – Everett S. Ferreira, of Dighton, age 74, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2018 at Dighton Care & Rehab Center. He was the beloved husband of Mary Lou (Oliveira) Ferreira. Born in Arrifes, São Miguel, Açores, he was the son of the late Adelino and Maria (Sousa) Ferreira.
Along with his wife he is survived by his sons Everett Ferreira Jr of Freetown, Michael Ferreira of Attelboro and Jeffrey Ferreira of Dighton; Siblings Edith Katon of Somerset, Maria DeMello of Fall River and Esidore Ferreira of Fall River; as well as six grandchildren. He is predeceased by his brothers Adelino and Manuel Ferreira.
His calling hours will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Friday from 4-7 P.M. with a service at 6:30 P.M. Cremation to follow. www.rogersfuneral.com.
