FALL RIVER… Emily J. (Nowak) Przewoznik, 95, of Fall River passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018, at Sarah S. Brayton Nursing Center.
She was the widow of Louis J. Przewoznik.
Mrs. Przewoznik was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Paul and Jennie Nowak and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
She was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Church where she was active with Senior Citizens group.
Mrs. Przewoznik was employed with the U.S. Naval Supply Depot in Newport for 32 years retiring in 1974.
Survivors include a daughter JoAnn P. Woods and her husband Warren of E. Sandwich, MA, 2 brothers: Joseph Nowak of Hingham, MA and John Norwak of Wilmington, DE, a sister Cecelia Baker of Wakefield, RI, 3 grandchildren: Warren, Jr., Kathleen, William, several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Walter, Edward, and Frederick Nowak, Sophie Bouffard, and Mary Bally.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday at 9 AM from the BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM at St. Stanislaus Church, Rockland Street, Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours are Thursday 5 - 8 PM.
