Edward Kisiel, 88, of Auburn passed away Sept. 19 with his wife by his side in St. Vincent Hospital.
He leaves his wife of 53 years Halina, his children, Elizabeth, Edward and Natalia, 5 grandchildren, a sister in Calif. He was born in Poland, a son of the late Jan and Helena Kisiel and lived in Buenos Aires where he was an artistic furniture maker creating custom Baroque and provincial pieces. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1960. Edward was a machinist for Reed Rolled Thread Die Co. retiring in 1992.
The funeral will be held Monday Sept. 24 from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., Worcester with a Mass at 10:30 AM in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St. Calling hours in the funeral home are Sunday Sept. 23, from 4 - 6 PM.
