Carl R. D´Ettore, age 69, of Medford MA, died suddenly Saturday in the Melrose/Wakefield Hospital of Melrose.
Born in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Louis and Josephine (Casiano) D´Ettore.He was a Hairdresser and owned Carl´s Salon, on Belmont St., Cambridge for over 35 years. Carl graduated from Medford Public Schools and was a member of the Melrose YMCA.
He is survived by his loving companion Dorothy Bergold of Stoneham, daughter Cheryl Ennis-Wofford of Saugus, Grandchildren Carrie and Jesse. Brother of Esther Frasca of Lowell and the late Anna Scappichio, Anthony and Vincent D’Ettore.
Funeral will be held Wednesday, June 26, at 10:00 AM from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. Visiting hours Tuesday 7 – 9. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Late US Army Veteran of the Korean War. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Northeast Animal Shelter, 204 Highland Ave., Salem, MA 01970.
