Jeannette Champagne 76 formerly of 170 Cumberland St Woonsocket, died Sunday in Landmark Medical Center. She was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late Doria and Cathreine (Maynes) Beauchemin. Mrs. Champagne was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons Albert G. Champagne Jr. of Woonsocket, and Allan P. Champagne of Blackstone, MA, eight daughters Elaine Leduc of Porstmouth NH, Maureen Doyan of Harrisville, Linda Quinley, Leona Fontaine, Donna Champagne, and Cathy Fontaine all of Woonsocket, Luanne Romero of Burrillville, and Renee Champagne of Cumberland, a sister Theresa Boudreau of Woonsocket, fourteen grandchildren, fourteen Great grandchildren, and a long time companion Armel Leduc.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:30 from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 in Sacred Heart Church, Olo St. Woonsocket. Burial will be held in St. Charles Cemetery in Blackstone.Visiting Hours are Thursday 5-8 pm.
