Miles W. Freeman, of Stoneham passed away suddenly on Friday, June 21, 2002 at his home. He was 76 years of age.
Born in Brockton the son of the late Miles and Helen (Kanavoff) Freeman, Miles was a life long resident of Stoneham. He was a Letter Carrier for the Stoneham Postal Service for thirty years and was a U.S.Army Veteran service during World War II.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by all.
Miles was the beloved husband of Merilyn (Bucklin) Freeman and the devoted father of Beverly and her husband Paul Silva of Reading and William and his wife Linda Freeman of Pembroke. He was the cherished grandfather of Jennifer and Jimmy Silva and Amanda, Mike, Bradford and Andrew Freeman.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours at the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (Rte. 28) STONEHAM on Monday 4-7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Church 71 Central St. Stoneham on Tuesday June 25th 9 a.m.
