Corey A. Morelli, 29, of Nottingham, New Hampshire, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at his home.
Born in Derry, New Hampshire on October 22, 1988, he was the beloved son of David R. Morelli of The Villages, Florida and Bonnie L. (Strangman) Pride and her husband Alan of Millis, MA.
Corey was a resident of Nottingham for the past 5 years. He grew up in Atkinson, New Hampshire and graduated from Timberlane Regional High School in Plaistow, New Hampshire.
Corey worked as a meat cutter at Market Basket for the past seven years.
He enjoyed playing and watching sports and played baseball, basketball and football in his school years.
Corey loved his home and landscaping but most importantly, spending time with his son.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son Jacob Morelli, his brother David J. Morelli of Spencer, MA and his grandmothers, Mary Strangman of Haverhill, MA and Virginia Morelli of The Villages, Florida.
He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Candy and Mark Porro of East Hampstead, New Hampshire, Bruce Strangman and partner Martina of Andover, MA and Rosie and Mike Brown of The Villages, Florida. and several cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, August 22 from 5 - 8 p.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com).
Graveside services will take place on Thursday, August 23 at noon at Evergreen Cemetery in Medway.
