TEWKSBURY - Harry J. Wilson, age 68, died suddenly Sunday morning, Nov. 27. He was the
beloved husband for the past 47 years of Maura P. (Flaherty) Wilson of Tewksbury.
He was born in Cambridge , Dec 4, 1936, a son of the late Harry T. and Lyda Emily (Ruiz)
Wilson.
He served in the U.S. Army Reserve at Camp Curtis.
He retired as Vice President of the International Dept. after 40 years at Bank Boston.
He was member of the Tewksbury Knights of Columbus where he was the Past Grand Knight of
1977.
Besides his wife , he is survived by two sons, Harry T. and his wife Robyn Wilson of Methuen.
Michael W. and his wife Lisa Wilson of Tewksbury; two daughters, Judith A. Gates and her
husband Wayne of Brentwood, NH, Ellen M. Malfy and her husband Kevin of Tewksbury; one
brother, William W. Wilson and his wife Carol of Tewksbury; one sister Jacqueline and her
husband James Yanus of Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and
several nieces, nephews and cousins.
His funeral will be held Wednesday , Nov 30 , at 9:00 a.m. from the
Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of Dewey and Main Sts. (Rte 38) TEWKSBURY CENTER,
phone (800 or 978) 851 2950, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at St. Dorothy’s Church, corner of
Harnden and Main Sts. Wilmington. Visiting hours Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
