Mrs. Beulah M. Bray was born on January 21, 1918 in Coffeeville, MS and died on November 26, 2005 at her home in Coffeeville, MS.
The visitation will be held at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS on Monday, November 28, 2005, from 6 to 8 pm. The funeral service will take place at Calvary Baptist Church in Coffeeville, MS on Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at 1:00 pm with Brother James West and Brother Donnie Bain officiating. The committal will be held in Cambridge Cemetery in Oxford, MS with Larry Langkawel, Jason Bray, Jack Bray, Donnie Bray, Jeff Bray, and Jonathan Bray serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Ryan Bray, Jodie Bray, Bill Lincoln, Darren Black, Ronnie Bray, David Brigance, Paul Brigance, Steven Brigance, and Kirk Brigance.
Mrs. Bray was the Supervisor of Housekeeping at St. Frances Hospital in San Francisco, CA and a Nurse’s Aid at the Yalobusha County Nursing Home in Water Valley, MS. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Coffeeville, MS.
Mrs. Bray was preceded in death by her husband, Wade Uriah Bray on May 2, 1998; a daughter, Willie Mae Brigance; a son Joseph McDonald Bray; and five brothers, Clifton Koonce, Billy Koonce, Dariel Koonce, Clyde Koonce, and Jimmy Koonce.
She is survived by two daughters, Sarah Liles of Coffeeville, MS and Vera Ennis of Grenada, MS; two sons, Billy Bray and Glen Bray both of Pine Bluff, AR; two brothers, Lloyd Denley Koonce of Memphis, TN and Bobby Koonce of Cordova, TN; 28 Grandchildren, and 48 Great Grandchildren.
