Enis J. Williams, 85, of Nevins Manor, Methuen, MA, died Wednesday, June 19, 2002 at her home. She was born in New Bedford, Ma on December 31, 1916, a daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Webb) Alves. She was a resident of Methuen, MA for six years, formerly living in W. Medford, MA. She was a member of the Tenants Club at Nevins Manor. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She is survived by one son Carl J. Williams, Anaheim, CA, two daughters, Joanna A. Taylor, East Derry, NH, Enis E. Davis, Merrimack, NH, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one brother, Joseph Alves, North Hampton, MA, several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Friday June 21, 2002 from 6 – 8 PM at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry, NH. Funeral services will be held Friday at 7:30 PM during calling hours with cremation to follow.
