Daisy (Rubin) Orent, born August 15, 1930, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2018 in Dedham, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Simon and Jennie Rubin, late of Newton, MA and lived in Dorchester, Newton, Mashpee, Sherborn and Key Biscayne, FL. She attended Girl’s Latin and graduated from Dorchester High School before going on to the School of Practical Art in Boston.
She was married to the late Herbert L. Orent in 1949 until his death in 2001. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Philip and Lotti Rubin of West Palm Beach Florida, son Clifford Orent of Cathedral City, CA, son and daughter-in-law James M. Orent and Marianne Orent of Nashua New Hampshire and son and daughter-in-law Dr. Thomas Orent and Elizabeth Davidson of Sherborn, MA, three grandchildren, Brendon Orent, Shay Orent and Alexa Orent and extended family.
A Celebration of Life was held privately at Newbridge on the Charles in Dedham, MA.
