Susan D. Fantini

TEWKSBURY - Susan D. (Frediani) Fantini, age 77, a resident of Tewksbury for more than fivedecades, died Monday evening, June 17, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Terzilio“Ted” Fantini, who died in 1984.

She was born in Lowell, November 22, 1924, a daughter of the late David and Susan (Barbieri)Frediani. She was raised in Lowell, attended St. Peter’s Catholic School, and graduated fromLowell High School. She had resided in Tewksbury since 1949.

She was employed in the dietary divisions of St. John’s Hospital, now Saint’s Memorial MedicalCenter, and later the Wentworth Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was a charter member and past president of the Tewksbury-Wilmington Emblem Club, amember of the Tewksbury Golden Age Club, and was also a parishioner of St. William’s Church.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Dorothea S. and her husband Roger Patenaude ofDracut, two sons and daughters-in-law, Francis “Frank” and his wife Lisa (Natale) Fantini ofMethuen, Terzilio “Ted” and his wife Elizabeth “Betty’ (LeDuc) Fantini of Dracut, two brothersand three sisters-in-law, Barney Frediani of Tewksbury, Charles “Bud” his wife Jean Frediani ofPepperell, Sophie Frediani of Lowell, Olga Frediani of East Chelmsford, a sister and twobrothers-in-law, Mary and Tony Segini of Tewksbury, Benny Agnatovech of Westford, ninegrandchildren, seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was also sister of the late David Frediani, Albert Frediani, Camille Frediani, TheresaAgnatovech, and Josephine Baroni.

Her Funeral Mass was held Friday, June 21, in St. William’s Church. Interment was in Tewksburycemetery.
