
Mary T. (Kehoe) DiStasio, of Somerville, died peacefully at home, Thursday, June 14th, Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Hogan) Kehoe.
Mary enjoyed traveling to Florida with her loving husband Romeo and spending time on the white sanded beaches. She loved to go out to eat and enjoyed having a glass of red wine; her favorite restaurants were Bocelli's of Medford, and Jimmy's of Arlington.
Mary was known to be a loving, sweet person with a great sense of humor, there was not one thing that she wouldn't do for anyone. Mary's pride and joy were her grandchildren, especially her great-grandchildren.
Mary was the beloved wife of the late Romeo DiStasio. She was the devoted mother of Noreen Vicente and her husband Tony of Florida, Kathy Spinosa and her husband Daniel of Lynnfield, Charleen O'Brien and her husband Tom of Stoneham, Darleen DiStasio of Peabody, Corleen O'Connell and her husband John of Medford and Romeo DiStasio and his wife Nancy of North Reading. Loving grandmother of 12, and loving great-grandmother of 8.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Monday, June 18th at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Ann Church, 399 Medford St., Somerville, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4 - 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
