Obituary

Jean F. (Campbell) Sullivan, a lifelong resident of Charlestown and summer resident of Kingston, New Hampshire, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Boston Medical Center in Boston. She was 77 years of age.

Jean was born in Boston on December 3, 1940, a daughter of the late William J. Campbell and Agnes (O'Connell) Campbell. She grew up in Charlestown where she was educated in the parochial school system of Charlestown and graduated from Charlestown High School. Jean worked alongside her husband Jack at Sullivan's Pub in Charlestown for many years always quenching the thirst of many patrons. She enjoyed traveling to Kingston, New Hampshire where she would spend her summers on the lake. She enjoyed traveling to Aruba with her husband Jack. Jean's greatest pleasure in her life was the quality time she was able to spend with her family and especially her grandchildren and great-granddaughters.

Jean is the beloved wife of the late John T. "Jack" Sullivan. She is the devoted mother of Jean Marie Sullivan Feeney of Andover, John T. "Jackie" Sullivan Jr. and his wife Joanie of Stoneham, Erin Sullivan of Charlestown and Merry White and her husband Peter of Charlestown. She is the loving Cuckoo and MiMi to Jenna Zacher and her husband Scott, Airman Emma Feeney USAF, Michael Feeney, Shauna Sullivan, Jack Sullivan III, Harry White, Cavan White and her great-granddaughters Lily Zacher and Grace Zacher. She is the beloved sister of Philip Campbell and his wife Mary of South Boston and the late Joan Mahan, William "Soupy" Campbell and Paul Campbell. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jean's Funeral on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 9 A.M. from The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by her Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, 55 Warren St. Charlestown at 10 A.M. Her burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. Her visiting hours will be on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 4 to 8 P.M. in the funeral home.
