Salem: Thelma C. (Eldridge) Latulippe age 94 of Salem, died Sunday evening at the Hunt Nursing & Retirement Home in Danvers following a long illness. She was the wife of Charles P. Latulippe, Sr. (retired Salem Fire Department) with whom she shared 64 years of marriage. Born and raised in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Percy C. & Nora (Morrisey) Eldridge. A life long resident of this city, Mrs. Latulippe was a member of Ste. Anne Parish.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son: Charles P. Latulippe, Jr. (retired Salem Fire Dept.) and his wife Patricia Latulippe of Beverly, 3 grandchildren: Steven & Brian Latulippe, both of Beverly, Mark Latulippe of Salem, 4 great-grandchildren: Nadine, Paige & Kristen Latulippe and Ronald Williams, also several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 sisters: Eleanor Eldridge and Vivian “Allie” Adams.
Relatives and friends are invited to an hour of visiting on Saturday morning from 7:30 to 8:30 am at the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St., Salem [Rt. 114 / 1-A] followed by her funeral mass in Ste. Anne Church, at 9 am. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ste. Anne Church, 290 Jefferson Ave., Salem 01970 or the charity of your choice.
