WORCESTER-Joan H. (Martocci) Flagg, 68, of 11 Lake Avenue, died Wednesday, November 9 in St. Vincent Hospital. Her companion of 20 years was the late Armand Courteau. She leaves several cousins.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Dominic F. and Helen P. (Valerino) Martocci and graduated from North High School. She worked at the Edward Street Day Care Center for 33 years before retiring.
The funeral service will be Saturday, November 12 at 10:00 AM in CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle Street. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Auburn. A calling hour will be held from 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Edward Street Day Care Center, 34 Cedar Street, Worcester, MA 01609.
