JOHN F. "JACK" LUTVEVICH
JOHN F. , "JACK" LUTKEVICH, age 79 of Dorchester, died Tuesday Nov. 8, 2005 at Carney Hospital in Dorchester. following a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth "Betty" (Sullivan) and the devoted father of Katharine Burridge and her husband Roger of New Hampshire and Paul Lutkevich and his wife Colleen of Mansfield. Devoted Papa Lucka to Allie, John, Mollie, Ana and Sam. A Veteran of WWII, he served in the United States Navy. Mr Lutkevich was a retired Project Engineer from GTE, Sylvania; he taught Engineering for many years at Northeastern Univesity in Boston. He was a Past District Deputy and Past Grand Knight, of the Knights of Columbus, a member of Alhambra and an Assistant Scout Master, Troop 100, Boy Scouts of America, St. Ann's, Dorchester and usher at St. Ann's Church. Funeral from the O'Donnell & Mulry Funeral Home, 138 Neponset Ave., Dorchester, Friday morning at 9:15. Funeral Mass in St. Ann's Church, Neponset at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting Hours Thursday 5 - 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital P.O. Box 50 Memphis, TN, 38101. Interment, Cedar Grove Cemetery.
