WORCESTER-Paul N. Lacey, 76, died Saturday, October 29th, in St. Vincent Hospital. He leaves his identical twin daughters; Rosemarie Ventura of Worcester and Maryanne Lacey of Spencer, 2 brothers; Raymond J. Lacey of Worcester and Edmund J. Lacey of Sanford, ME, a sister; Doris W. Labbossiere of Shrewsbury, his former wife; Julia E. (O’Leary) Lacey of Worcester, many nephews and nieces, grand-nephews and nieces and great grand nephews and nieces. His brothers Royal J. and William J. Lacey predeceased him.
He was born in Worcester the son of Timothy F. and Ann-Marie (Charron) Lacey and graduated from the former Vocational High School on Sycamore Street. Mr. Lacey was a Korean Conflict veteran serving in the U. S. Air Force. He worked as a shoe cutter for H. H. Brown Shoe Co., for 23 years, retiring in 1986 and was a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans, American Legion Main South Post 341, the Homer Wheaton Post V.F.W. and loved fishing.
