Laconia-M. Louise Beaudoin, 98, of 406 Court Street, formerly of 88 Summer Street died Monday afternoon, November 7, 2005 at St. Francis Health Care Center in Laconia.
Louise was the daughter of the late Louis A. and Adelia (Frechette) Boulanger. She was born in Disraeli, Quebec, Canada on December 18, 1906 and had been a here since 1924.
Louise was an 80 year communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Laconia, and a member of the Ladies of Sacred Heart. She was also a member of the l’Association Canado Americaine.
Louise was an accomplished seamstress, and worked for several years at Henry’s Dry Cleaner’s doing alterations, as well as many ladies dress shops here in Laconia. Louise truly enjoyed her garden with her husband, and had a great love for flowers.
Louise was predeceased by her husband Edgar J. Beaudoin in 1982, and by a brother, Archelas Boulanger in 1989.
Louise is survived by two nephews, Robert Boulanger and his wife Anne of Bristol, NH, and Roger Boulanger of Venice, FL. Two nieces, Marie A. Gauthier of Tilton, NH, and Beatrice Haskall of Lowell, MA. She is also survived by many grand nieces, and grand nephews, as well as many great grand nieces and great grand nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday November 12, 2005 at Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Avenue Laconia at 11:00 a.m. Burial followed in the family lot at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garfield Street, Laconia. A visiting hour preceded the mass from 9:30 a. m. –10:30 a. m. at the Simoneau-Paquette Memorial, 139 Church Street, Laconia. Family and friends were invited to attend.
