Finicola Colarusso, 94 of Somerville died Sunday after a brief illness in the Massachusetts General Hospital Boston, MA.
Born in Italy, she is formerly of the North End of Boston and lived in Somerville since 1969. She was the daughter of the late Marianna (Ciarla) and Leopoldo Capobinanco. She was a Stitcher, employed by the former M. Hoffman Sportwear in Boston for 18 years and retired in 1973.
Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe Colarusso. Devoted mother of
Maria Zezze, Carmine and Leopoldo Colarusso all of Somerville, Olga Soricelli of Quincy, and Liliana Iarrobino of Medford. Also survived by 11 loving grandchildren and 21 loving great grandchildren.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 9:30 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 10:30 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Wednesday 2 - 4 and 7 – 9.
Services will conclude with entombment at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, Malden.
