Hinglebine both of Brockton. Sister of Frederick Hebshie, John F. Hebshie, Edward R. Hebshie and Helen Henry all of Brockton; Lila Shaker of Fall River; Nancy E. Dastous of Wareham and the late James G. and Samuel Hebshie, Mary Ball and Barbara Daly.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 9 am. The Service of the Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Theresa Maronite Catholic Church 343 N. Main St., Brockton at 10 am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting hours Tuesday 3-8 pm.
Obituary
Mrs. Hinglebine died Friday afternoon at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Brockton a daughter of the late Frahat Sliman and Josephine (Rafoul) Hebshie. She was a lifelong resident of the city and a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 1940. She also graduated from LaBaron Hairdressing Academy. She and her late sister owned and operated Alma and Mary’s Beauty Parlor on Main Street Brockton.
Mrs. Hinglebine also worked as a broker with her brother John at John F. Hebshie Real Estate and Insurance in Brockton. She had been a volunteer since 1995 at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center.
She loved to garden, make homemade grape jelly, cranberry sauce and Lebanese dishes.
She devoted her time between her children, brothers, sisters and work.
She is survived by her son and daughter John H. Hinglebine and Janice R. Hinglebine both of Brockton. Six brothers and sisters Frederick Hebshie, John F. Hebshie, Edward R. Hebshie and Helen Henry all of Brockton; Lila Shaker of Fall River; Nancy E. Dastous of Wareham.
Two generations of many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was the sister of the late James G. and Samuel Hebshie, Mary Ball and Barbara Daly.
