Frederick Piscopiello, 84, of Colwell Road, Johnston, died Sunday, February 25, 2018 surrounded by his family at Hope Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Providence. He was the husband of Annette (D’Orio) Piscopiello. They had been married for 63 years.
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Michael and Maria (Cocciardi) Piscopiello. He had lived in Johnston for sixty three years. He served in the Army.
Fred was a carpenter for DiMeo Construction for 37 years before retiring.
Besides his wife, Annette, he is survived by his daughters: Donna-Lee Wilson and her husband, Bradley, of Johnston, Brenda-Lee Leone and her husband, Richard of Smithfield, his six grandchildren, a great grandson and his siblings: Sarah Faella of South Carolina and Ernest Piscopiello of Cranston. He was the brother of the late Lisa, Domenic, John, Albert and Michael Piscopiello.
A Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday, March 10th at 11am in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Road, Johnston. Burial will be private. Please omit flowers.
