Providence – David J. Hill, 47, of Dartmouth died unexpectedly Saturday, October 29, 2005 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the husband of Debra R. (Manchester) Hill.
Born in Fall River a son of Joan K. (Clayton) Hill of Somerset and the late Thomas J. Hill, Sr. he had lived in Somerset and Fall River prior to moving to Dartmouth. He earned his Associates Degree in Science from Bristol Community College of Fall River and was employed by Polaroid of New Bedford as a senior chemical processor since 1993. He had also worked for I.C.I of Dighton. Mr. Hill was a sports enthusiast who enjoyed fishing and gardening and most of all spending time with his family.
Survivors in addition to his wife and mother are 1 daughter: Jessica R. Hill of Dartmouth; 3 brothers Craig Hill, Kevin Hill and Thomas J. Hill, Jr. all of Somerset; 2 nephews.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Road, Westport, MA.
Calling hours Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 P.M.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
