Gary L. "Papap" Rinker, age 59, passed away peacefully on Jan 5, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Fort Monmouth, NJ on Jan 30, 1958 to David L. and Marion (Van Pelt) Rinker. Gary served in the MA National Guard. He worked as a Carpenter for Aspen Square Management for many years. He leaves his loving wife Kimberly Rinker of Agawam; his daughter Jamie Rinker of Easthampton; his son Christopher Tremblay of ME; two brothers James Rinker and Scot Rinker and his wife Carlisa; one sister Debbie Sigmon and his mother Marion Rinker all of GA. He also leaves six grandchildren Azlynn Czemerda, Alexander Rust, Madison Rinker, Morganne Rust, Patrick Rinker and Jonathan Kapinos and one great grandchild Gwenevere Czemerda. He was predeceased by his father David Rinker; his son Jeffrey Kapinos and two brothers Patrick and Ricky Rinker. Calling Hours will be held on Thurs, Jan. 11, 2018 from 4 to 7 PM at Grise Funeral Home 280 Springfield St. Chicopee, MA with a prayer service to take place at 6:30 PM. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery on Fri, Jan. 12, 2018 at 10 AM.
