Robin Mohle Cannon, 55, of Belmont, succumbed to cancer on Sunday afternoon, October 23, 2005 at Genesis ElderCare Network-Laconia Center.
Robin is the daughter of Belva (Schulze-Berge) Mohle, and the late George F. Mohle. She was born in Queens, New York on November 15, 1949, and had been a resident here for the past 50 years.
Robin was graduated from Acadia University in Wolfville, NS, with a BS in Home Economics in 1971, and from Plymouth State College with a double Masters in Education and Business Administration in 1987.
Robin was employed at Vutek, Inc. in Meredith as an Export Administrator.
She was an officer in the US Army from 1973 thru 1976 as a Club Manager, which included a year in Korea.
Robin was active in 4-H Club work as a member and leader from 1959 thru 2005. She served in the Belmont Rotary Club for five years. Robin was also an accomplished seamstress.
Robin is survived by her mother of Laconia, one son, Jon Cannon and his wife Liz of Santa Monica, CA, one daughter, Kelli Brown and her husband Justin of Richmond, VA, two brothers, Alan Mohle and his wife Kathy of Yarmouth, NS, and Peter Mohle and his wife Sally of Fairfax, VA, and one grandson, Jack Brown of Richmond, VA.
A celebration of Robin’s Life for family and friends was held at the Ellis Farm, 9 Weston Road, Belmont, on November 1, 2005, from 2:00pm-8:00pm.
