Cook, Alice M. (Hennessy) of Duxbury, formerly of Quincy and Beacon Hill, June 11, 2002. Beloved mother of Patricia A. Sointu of Duxbury. Loving grandmother of Michael Sointu of Quincy, Mark Sointu of Hanover and Phillip Sointu of Oxford. Great-grandmother of Matthew and Lauren Sointu of Hanover. Mrs. Cook was the last survivor of ten children.

Mrs. Cook worked as a trial clerk at the Suffolk Superior Court in Boston for 10 years retiring in 1979 and was a longtime volunteer in the Pastoral Care Office at Quincy Medical Center. Prior to Duxbury, she lived in Quincy for thirty years and in Beacon Hill for 20 years.
