Elizabeth A. (Oswald) Bichan “Ish”, age 90, of Winchester, passed away on Dec. 9, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late William R. Bichan. Loving mother of Chris Ann Bichan Dillon and her husband Thomas of Rocky Hill, CT, Victoria Bichan Dillon and her husband James, and John W. Bichan, all of Winchester. Dear sister of Joy Perona and her husband Jack of CO. Devoted grandmother of Megan D. Cingranelli, Robert W. Dillon, Kaitlyn D. Beck, Courtney E. Dillon, Andrea Bichan and Eric Bichan, and great-grandmother of Oliver Dillon. Cherished aunt of Scott Perona and Janell Lohman, both of CO. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to gather at Costello Funeral Home, 177 Washington St., Winchester on Thurs., Dec. 14 at from 7-9PM, and again on Friday followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Winchester at 10AM. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton, NY.
